We offer advanced therapeutic massage, chiropractic care, corrective exercise care, and nutrition coaching.

Therapeutic massage is an umbrella term that refers to a type of massage therapy that focuses on treating specific issues in the body, rather than just providing temporary relief or focusing on relaxation or stress relief. The term encompasses a diverse group of advanced massage therapy modalities, such as deep tissue, sports massage, medical massage, oncology, prenatal, reflexology, trigger point, myofascial release, craniosacral massage, and so much more.

To put it simply, Deep Tissue massage is always considered Therapeutic massage, but Therapeutic massage is not always Deep Tissue. There are many different types of techniques that are considered “therapeutic” in nature, and “Deep Tissue” is only one of these. “Relaxation” massage is simply Swedish massage designed to increase blood flow and circulation in the body and helps decrease stress and general tension. It is not designed to fix any causes of chronic pain, and this is not a common service that we perform (most of our clients want pain relief!)

Our prices are regularly priced at $100/hour for Swedish Massage, $120/hour for Therapeutic Massage (a blend of advanced modalities according to what the therapist believes is best for your body needs), and $150/hour for Advanced Clinical Modalities. We offer Facilitated Stretching services for $75/hour, Chiropractic adjustments for $75, and we offer Nutrition Coaching for $75/hour. These prices do NOT include gratuity, which is typically given to service providers in our industries.

When our clients come to our clinic, they are usually experiencing quite a bit of pain and discomfort due to various muscle imbalances, trigger points, adhesions, and other issues going on in the body. We usually “ramp up” our clients by recommending massage therapy at least once per week for the first few weeks to give us enough time to work all of those long standing issues out of the body, and then we work to titrate our clients down to a biweekly and then once monthly maintenance schedule for massage therapy. During this time, if we identify potential subluxations in the body we will refer you to chiropractic or physical therapy, and if we identify weak or underperforming muscles we will refer you for corrective exercise or physical therapy depending on the severity of the need. If you have special goals that are reliant upon proper nutrition, we will refer you to our nutrition coach.

We want you to eventually only come see us because you WANT to, not because your pain makes you feel like you HAVE to. The speed at which we can titrate you down depends on your frequency of massage in the initial stages of treatment, as well as your adherence to other treatment we refer you to as well as our recommendations for corrective exercise and self care at home given to you by your providers.

We don't want to see you for a very long time without results. Our ultimate goal is we want to help you change your quality of life so drastically within a reasonable timeframe that you go tell 20 of your closest friends and family they have GOT to come see us to help them too!

Show up to your first appointment wearing loose comfortable clothing, and make sure you have taken a shower within 24 hours of your appointment time! You can undress to YOUR comfort level, as we are experienced in providing our services fully nude or fully clothed! The choice is yours, and truly we accommodate YOUR comfort level.

We use secure, tight draping at ALL times, and this is NOT optional. We pride ourselves on upholding only the highest standards for patient comfort in our clinic and adhering to all laws and hygiene requirements at all times.

Many new graduates of massage therapy are stuck working for corporate franchise brands because other spas/clinics won’t hire them until they have several years of experience. These companies exploit therapists by offering low, nearly non-livable wages and demanding high output that leads to provider burnout FAST. They also have a tendency to gatekeep how advanced massage therapy can help clients attending their spas looking for true pain relieving solutions rather than only relaxation massage, which causes clients of massage therapy to eventually start to give up hope that massage can help them with their chronic pain. We believe similar practices occur in "big box" chiropractic franchises as well, so we feel that the bodywork industry as a whole needs to be addressed to improve these conditions.

We don’t believe any of this is right, for the clients or the providers, so we are a team of bodywork providers who have come together to build our own brand that addresses these pain points for everyone involved. We believe by forming this movement within our industry, we may be able to influence change and help positively impact many lives.
